Long days have all sorts of different characters in them, some good some bad, you just gotta roll with the punches.

Adrastos and the Fiends.
Adrastos is the first one depicted and he is a hero, the slayer of monsters as you can see by the sword and decapitated monster head in his hands. The second is a bug like creature named Brutalis, a beast inspired by nature. The third is named Dardanos, a beast revealing the horrors of man and what we are capable of. As Adrastos is our hero in this story the other two fates are sealed. Greek myth really played a role in the inspiration for these sculptures. They are made out of oil based clay and are maquette sized.

My first sculpture made out of water based clay. A life size bust of a model named richard hence the name. I am hugely inspired by classical Greek sculpture as you can see byt the stand.:)
